Report a positive Covid test

Reporting a positive Covid-19 test result

Please remember: if anyone in your household has symptoms, you should all isolate until the result of the Covid test is known. If the result is positive you will all need to continue to isolate in line with national guidelines.

If your child has received a positive test result for Covid-19 please complete the positive Covid-19 test reporting form.

This makes it easier for parents to report a positive test result out of school hours. The results of the form will be monitored outside of school opening hours so that, in the event of a positive test result during an evening or weekend, we will be able to respond accordingly and quickly.

Thank you for your support in using this facility; we are doing all we can to keep your child, school staff and the wider community safe.

For further information about whether your child may require a test and what the symptoms are, please read this letter from Public Health England which we have sent to all parents. The intention of the letter is to help prevent children being taken out of school unnecessarily and answer some of the questions you may have about testing.
